2018 Elgin Community Holiday Toy Giveaway It’s that time of year again… time to help make the holiday s a happy time for thou sands of children in need from Elgin and South Elgin! The Elgin Community Holiday Toy Giveaway will be held at Hemmens Cultural Center on Thursday, December 13th, 2018. We are seeking local support for this event.
